FIBREGLASS REINFORCED POLYESTER KNIFING PUTTY

Two components polyester filler paste, reinforced with fibreglass to give the product high mechanical properties and great hardness.
Elastic, resistant and extremely adhesive, BETA can be used for various applications in car refinishing, shipyards and do it yourself branches.
Thanks to the network formed by fibreglass of different lengths BETA enables to repair very deteriorated and even perforated parts.
BETA actually rebuilts bumpers, fenders, battery housings and car floorings guaranteeing an exceptional and lasting job.
Its flat allows a total use of compound without any waste remained at the bottom.

Clean and degrease the surface with BETA
Add the hardener for BETA according to room temperature and required pot life.
from 5° to 10°C add 3-3,5% hardener / pot life 8-12 min
from 10° to 20°C add 2-2,5% hardener / pot life 8-10 min
from 20° to 30°C add 1-1,5% hardener / pot life 5-10 min
Apply with a knife taking care to spread the stopper as required.
Pot life: 4-6 min at 20°C
Once the polymerization is complete, BETA  can be sanded after:
20-25 min at 20° – 30°C
30-35 min at 10° – 20°C
30-40 min at 5° – 10°C
Dry sanding.
Heat resistance: up to 80°C
